ABOUT THE AUTHOR:  Scott Bywater lives in Adelaide near the southern coast of Australia with his wife Mary and two kids, Josh and Alysha.  Scott has an Honours Degree in Geomorphology from Flinders University, and an obsession with anything astrophysical.  While at University, he published three mineralogical papers in the Mineralogical Record out of Tucson, Arizona.  To help facilitate writing on the subject he taught himself the finer details of quantum field theory, General Relativity, and in particular, String Theory and anthropic cosmology. Scott believes that anyone who has looked up at the night sky and wondered why, or contemplated some of the deeper reasons for their existence, will derive much pleasure from this book.
