A Silence of Echoes, the 8th poetry book by Candice James, is a collection of the Poet's favourite poems she has saved over the years to put out in a book of her personal favourites.   There are a variety of poems in this collection, eclectic, romantic, surrealistic and natural.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Candice James, Poet Laureate Emerita New Westminster BC; singer/songwriter, musician, and visual artist, is Founder of “Royal City Literary Arts Society”;  "Poetic Justice"; "Poetry in the Park"; “Poetry New West” and “Slam Central Spoken Word”.  

She is Past President of the Federation of British Columbia Writers; Past President of Royal City Literary Arts Society; Past Director of SpoCan Canada; the recipient of the Bernie Legge Artist/Cultural award; the Pandora’s Collective Citizenship award; the World Poetry Empowered Poets Award; and she is currently a full member of The League of Canadian Poets;  a Director of the Pacific Festival of the Book Society;  co-manager of Poetry New West; Board Advisor to Royal City Literary Arts Society

She lives in Vancouver, BC CANADA and she is the author of 16 books of poetry published by 5 different publishing houses.
